Manufacturing of physical copies. i.e DDPi CD’s & Lacquer Cutting
Master CD / DDPi are sent via electronic software, this enables you to check the details of your CD before you proceed with manufacturing. You can check the entire contents, just as the CD will appear once manufactured. We highly recommend that you cross check all the information and tracks encoded before proceeding with the manufacturing. If there is a problem we will then address it for you.
We take no responsibility for errors found after the manufacturing has taken place. It is your responsibility to check this prior to manufacturing.
For all lacquer cutting, we recommend that you order a dubplate prior to getting your lacquers cut in able for you to check all the tracks are correct prior to pressing. This will also give you an audible reference to cross check your TP’s against.
We take no responsibility for errors found after the manufacturing has taken place. It is your responsibility to check this with a dubplate prior to manufacturing.
If you have made a booking with us and wish to cancel please provide as much notice as possible in writing at least 24 hours prior. If we have already commenced our work on your order you will be billed for the work carried out to that point.
